Terms of ServicePayment1. Client must agree to the price and terms
2. Payment must be paid upfront 100%
3. Only accepts payment via PayPal, Ko-Fi, Trakteer, QRIS
4. Client must pay USD or IDRRefund Policy5. Commissions are completed in the order of batch taken
6. Estimated turnaround depends on batch size, which will be informed before work start
7. Full refund is allowed if there’s no visible progress and no communication for 3 consecutive weeks (Client may look at their Trello card I will link for progress)
8. Or when the Client wants to undo the commission before the sketching started
9. There will be no refund after the sketching started
10. If the Artist fails to deliver after the estimated turnaround or disappears without communication, a partial refund will be issued
11. Chargebacks without prior communication may result in blacklisting / refusal of future workProduct Delivery12. Artwork will be delivered digitally in high-resolution RGB to Client’s e-mail address first as soon as finished
13. Any other method of delivery will need mutual agreement before the working process. Client will bear the extra cost incurred by alternative delivery
14. It is Client’s responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the ArtistUsage15. The artwork is for personal use only
16. Client does not have the right to modify the artwork outside of basic cropping/resizing
17. Client does not have the right to remove my signature from the work
18. The Artist may post the work on their Portfolio, social media, or blog and Client will be informed beforehand
19. The Artist may record or stream the creation of the artwork and Client will be informed beforehand
20. Client does not hold the right to use the artwork for blockchain-related technology, including NFT and Crypto
21. Client does not hold the right to use the artwork for AI-related technology, including dataset submission or any future inventionsWhat I will/will not Draw22. I will draw SFW / NSFW, OCs, ships / yume, creatures, furries, other stuff you’d like to list out
23. I will not draw: full-mecha suit/gear, scat, and heavy gore
24. Anything you do not feel comfortable for me to draw; you can list potential stuff you’re unsure about. I still reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason***Bahasa Indonesia
Ketentuan LayananPembayaran1. Klien wajib menyetujui harga dan ketentuan sebelum komisi dimulai
2. Pembayaran dilakukan 100% di muka
3. Metode pembayaran yang diterima: PayPal, Ko-Fi, Trakteer, dan QRIS
4. Klien harus membayar USD atau IDRKebijakan Refund5. Komisi dikerjakan berdasarkan urutan batch
6. Estimasi waktu pengerjaan tergantung jumlah slot dalam batch dan akan diinformasikan sebelum proses dimulai
7. Refund penuh dapat diminta apabila tidak ada progres yang terlihat dan tidak ada komunikasi selama 3 minggu berturut-turut
(Klien dapat melihat progres melalui kartu Trello yang Artist link)
8. Refund penuh juga dapat dilakukan apabila Klien membatalkan komisi sebelum proses sketch dimulai
9. Tidak ada refund setelah proses sketch dimulai
10. Pengecualian berlaku apabila Artist gagal menyelesaikan karya setelah melewati estimasi waktu yang disepakati atau menghilang tanpa komunikasi. Refund sebagian akan diberikan
11. Chargeback tanpa komunikasi sebelumnya dapat menyebabkan penolakan komisi di masa depan / blacklistPengiriman Karya12. Karya akan dikirim secara digital dalam resolusi tinggi RGB ke alamat e-mail Klien setelah selesai
13. Metode pengiriman lain hanya dapat dilakukan berdasarkan kesepakatan bersama sebelum proses dimulai. Biaya tambahan menjadi tanggung jawab Klien
14. Klien bertanggung jawab atas penyimpanan file dengan baik. Kehilangan file akibat kelalaian tidak akan diganti oleh ArtistPenggunaan15. Karya hanya untuk penggunaan pribadi
16. Klien tidak diperkenankan memodifikasi karya di luar crop atau resize
17. Klien tidak diperkenankan menghapus tanda tangan Artist dari karya.
18. Artist berhak mempublikasikan karya ke portofolio, media sosial, atau blog dan Klien akan diberi tahu sebelumnya
19. Artist dapat merekam atau melakukan streaming proses pembuatan karya dan Klien akan diberi tahu sebelumnya.
20. Karya tidak boleh digunakan untuk teknologi berbasis blockchain, termasuk NFT dan Crypto
21. Karya tidak boleh digunakan untuk teknologi berbasis AI, termasuk dataset, pelatihan AI, atau teknologi serupa di masa depanYang Bisa / Tidak Bisa Aku Gambar22. Aku dapat menggambar: SFW / NSFW, OC, ship / yume, creature, furry, dan lainnya (silakan ditanyakan).

EnglishHow to Order and How it Usually Goes1. Send me your references and ideas through DM (Tumblr, Instagram, X, Bluesky, Whatsapp), Discord: wandervergent, or E-mail: [email protected]
2. We can start brainstorming from here, including establishing poses, environmental lighting or base color. Anything that you want within my limit
3. I'll send you a sketch and we can start revisioning
4. Once sketch is confirmed, I will start lineart (update each process to Trello and E-mail) and at this point you can still ask for revision as long as it reaches 3 revision quota
5. Once lineart is complete I can start adding colors and renders
6. Done! I will send you the finished artwork first thing through e-mail!
